系统护理干预在重症胰腺炎连续血液净化治疗期间的应用价值分析

Application value analysis of systematic nursing intervention during continuous blood purification treatment for severe pancreatitis

目的 探讨系统护理干预在重症胰腺炎连续血液净化治疗期间的应用价值.方法 选取本院2016年1月~2018年12月收治的100例重症胰腺炎并实施连续血液净化治疗的患者作为研究对象,依照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组50例,对照组患者采用常规临床护理,观察组患者采用系统护理,比较两组患者的并发症发生情况,症状改善情况以及体征变化情况.结果 观察组患者的体温、呼吸频率、心率、血淀粉酶值、并发症总发生率及APACHEⅡ评分低于对照组,血氧饱和度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在重症胰腺炎连续血液净化治疗过程中运用系统护理干预措施,能够使得患者的各项症状及体征得到显著改善,并且能够降低并发症发生率,具备较大的临床运用及推广价值.

Objective To explore the application value of systematic nursing intervention in severe pancreatitis during continuous blood purification therapy.Methods A total of 100 patients with severe pancreatitis treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 with continuous blood purification therapy were selected as the subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,50 patients in each group.The patients in control group were given routine clinical nursing and the patients in observation group were intervened by systematic nursing.The incidence of complications,the improvement of symptoms and the changes of physical signs were compared between the two groups.Results The body temperature,respiratory rate,heart rate,serum amylase value and the total incidence of complications and APACHEⅡscores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the blood oxygen saturation was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of systematic nursing intervention in the treatment of severe pancreatitis with continuous blood purification can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of the patients and reduce the incidence of complications.It has great clinical application and promotion value.
