新伤丸治疗瘀血阻滞型膝骨性关节炎患者的临床疗效及对血液流变学指标、CRP和IL-1的影响研究

Study on Clinical Effect of Xinshang Pill on the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis Patients with Blood Stasis and its Effect on Hemorheology indicators,CRP and IL-1

目的研究新伤丸治疗瘀血阻滞型膝骨性关节炎患者的临床疗效及对血液流变学指标、CRP和IL-1的影响。方法将120例瘀血阻滞型膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为对照组及治疗组,各60例,对照组患者接受口服塞来昔布胶囊+氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗,治疗组患者接受口服新伤丸治疗,治疗周期均为2周,比较2组患者治疗前后膝关节运动功能评分、WOMAC指数、临床疗效、血液流变学指标(在血液粘度值、血浆粘度值及血沉)、CRP和IL-1等指标。结果治疗后,2组各期患者膝关节运动功能评分均明显高于治疗前,WOMAC指数均明显低于治疗前(P<0.01),且治疗组膝关节运动功能评分增加程度、WOMAC指数降低程度显著高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组的临床疗效优良率显著高于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后,2组患者血液粘度、血浆粘度、血沉、CRP和IL-1等指标均有显著下降(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论采用新伤丸治疗瘀血阻滞型膝骨性关节炎,可有效改善患者的膝关节功能评分、WOMAC指数,提高临床疗效,还可有效降低血液粘度值、血浆粘度值、血沉、CRP和IL-1等指标。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of Xinshang Pill on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis patients(KO)with blood stasis and its effect on hemorheology,CRP and IL-1.Methods:120 KO patients with blood stasis were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,60 cases each group.The patients in the control group received oral celecoxib capsule+glucosamine capsules and the patients in the treatment group received oral Xinwang Pill treatment.2 weeks was a treatment cycle.The knee joint motor function score,WOMAC index,clinical effect,hemorheology index(in blood viscosity value,plasma viscosity value and erythrocyte sedimentation value),CRP and IL-1 of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the knee joint motor function scores of the patients in the two groups were significantly higher than the scores before treatment and the WOMAC index was significantly lower than the pre-treatment(P<0.01).The knee joint motor function score was increased and the WOMAC index decreased in the treatment group.The degree of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).After treatment,the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,ESR,CRP and IL-1of the patients in the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The treatment of knee osteoarthritis with Xinshang Pill can effectively improve the knee joint function scores,WOMAC index,and improve clinical effect and can also effectively reduce blood viscosity value,plasma viscosity value,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,CRP and IL-1.
