摘要 介绍了现有微型燃气轮机机型的相关参数,建立了压气机、透平、燃烧室、回热器的仿真数学模型,进而得到变工况条件下微型燃气轮机的仿真数学模型。对比仿真数学模型计算结果与典型产品参数,确认仿真数学模型准确合理。基于仿真数学模型,对200kW回热微型燃气轮机、500kW无回热微型燃气轮机、1000kW无回热微型燃气轮机进行了变工况条件下的运行分析,对微型燃气轮机组的应用具有参考价值。 The relevant parameters of the existing micro gas turbine models were introduced,and the simulation mathematical models of the compressor,the turbine,the combustion chamber and the regenerator were established,and then the simulation mathematical model of the micro gas turbine under variable working conditions was obtained.By comparing the calculation results of the simulation mathematical model with typical product parameters,it confirms that the simulation mathematical model is accurate and reasonable.Based on the simulation mathematical model,the operation analysis of 200kW regeneration micro gas turbine,500kW non-regeneration micro gas turbine and 1000kW non-regeneration micro gas turbine under variable working conditions is performed,and it has reference value for the application of micro gas turbine units.
