摘要
板带材制备过程是涵盖多工序、多控制层级的大型复杂工业流程。针对其制备过程复杂、产品质量稳定性差、跨工序产品质量跟踪与多工序协调控制无法实现等问题,提出了通过构建板带材智能化制备领域系统、完备的理论体系,形成智能决策与排产、质量在线监控与优化、精准控制与多工序协调、组织性能调控等一批关键共性技术并示范应用,提高生产效率、产品质量和柔性化生产能力,扩大钢材的品牌增值,满足用户多品种、小批量的个性化需求的解决方案。详细介绍了钢铁购销与制造供应链协同智能优化决策,全流程产品质量在线监控、诊断与优化,基于CPS架构的多工序协调优化与质量精准控制,热轧过程温控—变形耦合—性能匹配及表面质量智能控制等关键技术模块。
The preparation process of plate and strip is a large and complex industrial process,which covers many processes and control levels.In view of the problems such as complex preparation process,poor quality stability,failure of cross process product quality tracking and multi process coordination control,a complete theoretical system for intelligent preparation of plate and strip is proposed.A number of key common technologies,such as intelligent decision-making and scheduling,online quality monitoring and optimization,precise control and multi process coordination,and organizational performance control,can be formed and demonstrated,which can improve production efficiency,product quality and flexible production capacity,expand the value-added of steel brand,and form solutions to meet the personalized needs of users with multiple varieties and small batches.This paper introduces the key technical modules in detail,such as supply chain intelligent decision-making of steel purchase,sales and manufacturing;online monitoring,diagnosis and optimization of the whole process product quality,coordinated optimization of multiple processes and precise quality control based on CPS framework,intelligent control of temperature control-deformation coupling-performance matching during hot rolling process and surface quality.
