3200 m^3高炉护炉实践

摘要 针对河钢唐钢3#高炉(3200 m3)炉缸局部温度异常升高问题,通过热流强度及炭砖厚度计算,分析了高炉炉缸侵蚀状况,同时分析了炉缸侵蚀加速的原因并提出了应对措施。通过堵风口、加钛矿、降低冶炼强度等护炉措施,高炉炉缸恢复正常水平。 In view of the abnormal increasing of local temperature in the hearth of 3#blast furnace(3200 m^3)of Tangsteel,through the calculation of heat flow intensity and thickness of carbon brick,the erosion condition of blast furnace hearth is analyzed.The causes of accelerated erosion of hearth are analyzed,and the corresponding measures are put forward.Through the measures of blocking tuyere,adding titanium ore and reducing smelting strength,the hearth of blast furnace is restored to normal level.
