高炉中转料仓导料装置的创新

摘要 针对河钢承钢高炉中转料仓现有导料装置操作不方便、扬尘大,设计过于复杂、耗电量高的问题,提出了使用簸箕,以溜槽当溜料斜面,在簸箕下口增加转轴挡板,实现给、停料的自动导料装置。该装置无需能量驱动,物流连续、稳定、不易卡堵、密封性好、无扬尘,维护、操作简单,年可创效63.4万元,具备节能、环保、高效的多重效果。 In view of the problems of inconvenient operation,heavy dust,complicated design and high power consumption of the existing guide device in the transfer bin of blast furnace at HBIS Chengsteel,it is proposed to use the dustpan,take the chute as slip slope,and add the shaft baffle at the lower opening of the dustpan to realize the automatic guide device for feeding and stopping material.The device has many advantages,such as no energy drive,continuous and stable logistics,good sealing,no dust,simple maintenance and operation.It can create annual efficiency of 634,000 yuan with multiple effects of energy saving,environmental protection and high efficiency.
