摘要
为缓解铁—钢不平衡的生产现状、提高150 t转炉产能,河钢宣钢从转炉炼钢工艺限制性环节入手,先后对渣车系统、废钢斗、铁包、钢包、氧枪喷头、转炉出钢口等关键设备设施进行了一系列改造。改造后,提高了转炉炼钢单炉产量和设备利用率,降低了工人劳动强度,在行业内具有很好地推广价值。
In order to alleviate the production situation of iron-steel imbalance and improve the production capacity of 150 t converter,a series of transformations on the key equipment and facilities such as slag car system,scrap bucket,ladle,ladle,oxygen lance nozzle,converter tapping hole,etc.had been carried out in Xuansteel.After the transformation,the output of single converter and the utilization rate of equipment are increased,and the labor intensity of workers is reduced,which has a good promotion value in the industry.
