基于TRIZ理论的钢材弯曲度测量仪 被引量:3

摘要 弯曲度是评价钢材质量好坏的重要指标。针对传统的钢材弯曲度测量系统存在误差大、检测周期长,单人无法独立完成的问题,采用TRIZ方法,通过问题的现状和根原因分析,确定了冲突区域,利用裁剪、效应等工具将复杂系统简单化,得到了一系列创新解。优化和评价后将最终解转化成便携式弯曲度测量仪。现场应用结果表明,该便携式弯曲度测量仪可以实现单人独立操作、快速读数,且测量精度达到0.1 mm,满足了使用要求。 Bending is an important index to evaluate the quality of steel.The traditional measurement system of steel bending has many problems,such as large error,long detection period and single person can't complete it independently.Using TRIZ method,through the analysis of the current situation and root cause of the problem,the conflict area is determined,and a series of innovative solutions about bending measuring are obtained by simplifying the complex system with cutting and effect tools.After optimization and evaluation,the final solution is transformed into a portable bending meter.The application show that the portable bending meter can be operated by single person independently and read quickly,and its measurement accuracy reaches 0.1 mm,which meets the use requirement.
