摘要 "卓越医生"培养计划是我国高等医学教育培养体系中的重要组成部分,其目的是进一步提高医学卫生人才队伍整体素质,全面推进我国卫生事业的健康发展.科学研究能力作为临床医生岗位胜任力的重要因素,在"卓越医生"培养体系中发挥着重要的作用.在现代医学模式下,科学研究是医疗服务的坚强后盾,社会对临床医学生科学研究能力提出越来越高的要求.文章以临床医学生岗位胜任力为立足点,分析我国高等医学院校"卓越医生"科研能力培养体系的现状与不足,探索"卓越医生"科研能力培养体系改善的途径,旨在为我国医学高等教育改革提供经验借鉴. Objective The Training Plan of excellent doctors is an important part of the training system of medical higher education in China.Its purpose is to further improve the overall quality of the medical and health personnel team and comprehensively promote the healthy development of China's health industry.As an important factor in the competence of clinical doctors,scientific research ability plays an important role in the“excellent doctor”training system.Under the modern medical model,scientific research is the strong backing of medical services,and society has increasingly demanded the scientific research ability of clinical medical students.Based on the post competence of clinical doctors,this paper analyzes the current situation and shortcomings of the cultivation system of scientific research ability of excellent doctors in China,and explores the way to improve the cultivation system of scientific research ability of excellent doctors The purpose is to provide experience for the reform of medical higher education in China.
