摘要
目的 探讨冻干重组人脑利钠肽(新活素)治疗慢性心衰合并肺动脉高压的疗效.方法 选择医院50例2017年1月—2018年2月慢性心衰合并肺动脉高压患者.随机分组,常规干预组采取常规治疗方法 治疗,新活素干预组则采取常规治疗方法 +新活素治疗.比较两组疾病疗效;慢性心衰纠正的平均时间、症状消失时间;治疗前后患者呼吸频率、肺动脉收缩压、脑钠肽、左心射血分数;不良反应发生率.结果 新活素干预组疾病疗效、慢性心衰纠正的平均时间、症状消失时间、呼吸频率、肺动脉收缩压、脑钠肽、左心射血分数相比较常规干预组更好,P<0.05.新活素干预组不良反应发生率少于常规干预组,P<0.05.结论 常规治疗方法 +新活素治疗慢性心衰合并肺动脉高压效果确切,可有改善患者病情,改善患者的心功能.
Objective To investigate the effect of neovaxin on chronic heart failure with pulmonary hypertension.Methods 50 patients with chronic heart failure and pulmonary hypertension in our hospital from January 2017 to February 2018 were selected.Randomly divided into two groups.The routine intervention group was treated with routine therapy,while the novoxin intervention group was treated with routine therapy plus novoxin therapy.The curative effects of the two groups were compared;the average time of correcting chronic heart failure and the disappearance time of symptoms;the respiratory rate,pulmonary artery systolic pressure,brain natriuretic peptide,left ventricular ejection fraction before and after treatment;and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results Compared with the routine intervention group,the effect of neovasopressin on disease,the average time of correcting chronic heart failure,the disappearance time of symptoms,respiratory rate,pulmonary artery systolic pressure,brain natriuretic peptide and left ventricular ejection fraction were better in the intervention group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the neoplastin intervention group was less than that in the routine intervention group(P<0.05).Conclusion Conventional therapy plus neovaxin has a definite effect on chronic heart failure with pulmonary hypertension,which can improve the patient's condition and cardiac function.
