积极心理学下的护理干预对精神分裂症的影响

The Effect of Nursing Intervention Under Positive Psychology on Schizophrenia

目的 评价基于"积极心理学理论"的护理干预在精神分裂症患者中的有效性.方法 抽取2016年10月—2018年10月医院收治的100例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,分析100例患者病例资料,以不同的护理干预措施作为分组依据,将100例患者分为对照组与观察组,每组50例.对照组用常规护理,基于此,观察组增加基于积极心理学理论的护理干预,对比2组护理效果.结果 相较于对照组,积极心理品质评分、生活质量评分观察组较高,P<0.05;相较于对照组,精神分裂症症状评分观察组较低,P<0.05.结论 在精神分裂症患者护理中,实施基于"积极心理学理论"的护理干预措施,既可改善临床症状、提高患者积极心理品质,又能提高患者生活质量,临床应用价值较高.

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of nursing intervention based on“positive psychology theory”in patients with schizophrenia.Methods One hundred patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 were enrolled.The data of 100 patients were analyzed.The different nursing interventions were used as a group basis.100 patients were divided into two groups.Control group and observation group,50 cases in each group.In the control group,routine nursing was used.Based on this,the observation group increased the nursing intervention based on positive psychology theory and compared the effects of the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the positive psychological quality score and the quality of life score were higher in the observation group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the schizophrenia symptom score was lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of patients with schizophrenia,the implementation of nursing intervention based on“positive psychology theory”can not only improve clinical symptoms,improve patients’positive psychological quality,but also improve patients’quality of life.
