Risk and Nursing Measures of Post-operative Infection in Patients Undergoing Gastrointestinal Endoscopic Surgery

摘要 目的 本文主要就消化道内镜手术患者术后感染的因素以及相关护理措施展开研究.方法 通过随机选择医院2017年1月—2018年12月该时间段内消化内科所开展的消化道内镜手术患者中随机选择386例作为研究对象,随后利用进行分析法对他们临床治疗资料进行分析.通过分析后统计出消化道内镜术后出现感染的患者例数,然后再就影响其术后感染危险因素开展单因素与多因素非条件logistic回归分析.从而最终确定出哪些危险因素造成消化道内镜手术患者出现术后感染.结果 通过对全部回收到的调查问卷研究来看,386例消化道内镜手术患者出现术后感染有28例,因而感染发生率为7.25%(28/386).这28例患者中胃镜术后感染16例,结肠镜术后感染12例.结论 出于保证消化道内镜手术患者临床治疗效果以及促使他们尽早康复,医护人员要根据患者具体感染因素采取相应的护理措施. Objective To study the factors of postoperative infection and related nursing measures in patients with gastrointestinal endoscopic surgery. Methods 386 patients with endoscopic surgery were randomly selected from January 2017 to December 2018 in the Department of digestive medicine, and their clinical treatment data were analyzed by analytical method. After the analysis, the number of patients with infection after endoscopic surgery was counted, and then the single factor and multiple factors and non-conditional logistic regression analysis were carried out. The risk factors for postoperative infection in patients with gastrointestinal endoscopic surgery were determined. Results A total of 386 patients with endoscopic gastrointestinal surgery had 28 postoperative infections, resulting in an infection rate of 7.25 %(28/386). In these 28 patients, 16 patients were infected after endoscopic surgery, and 12 patients were infected after colonoscopy. Conclusion In order to ensure the clinical treatment effect of patients undergoing endoscopic surgery and promote their early recovery, medical personnel should take corresponding nursing measures according to the specific infection factors of patients.
