摘要
目的 研究在核医学ECT中应用人性化护理的护理效果.方法 将2018年3月—2019年12月科室收纳的2056例病患,依照随机分组原则应用随机数字表分组,人性化护理组及传统护理组,传统护理组实施传统护理模式,人性化护理组则在传统护理模式上性人性化护理,对比传统护理组与人性化护理组的护理满意度、SAS焦虑评分、感冒发生情况.结果 人性化护理组患者SAS、护理满意度、感冒发生率优于传统护理组,且对比有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在核医学ECT中实施人性化护理可有效提高患者护理满意度,降低患者抑郁、焦虑程度.
Objective To study the nursing effect of applying humanized nursing in nuclear medicine ECT.Methods 2056 patients admitted to our department from March 2018 to December 2019 were divided into two groups according to the principle of random grouping:random digital table grouping,humanized nursing group and traditional nursing group.Traditional nursing group carried out traditional nursing mode,while humanized nursing group carried out humanized nursing in traditional nursing mode,and compared traditional nursing group with humanized nursing group.Nursing satisfaction,SAS anxiety score and the occurrence of cold in the management group.Results The SAS,nursing satisfaction and the incidence of cold in humanized nursing group were better than those in traditional nursing group,and the comparison had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of humanized nursing in nuclear medicine ECT can effectively improve patients’nursing satisfaction,reduce patients'depression and anxiety.
