微信式医院家庭协作延续护理在直肠癌结肠造口患者中的应用

Application of WeChat Hospitals Family Cooperative Continuous Nursing in Patients With Rectal Cancer Undergoing Enterostomy

目的 探索基于微信的医院家庭协作延续护理在直肠癌肠造口患者中的应用效果.方法 将80名直肠癌肠造口患者随机分入两组,观察组给以基于微信的医院家庭协作延续护理,对照组实行常规护理模式.对比两组患者护理前后自护能力,生活质量以及并发症发生情况.结果 护理后,观察组自护能力评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05);护理后两组生活质量评分明显提高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组和对照组并发症发生率分别为7.50%和37.50%,显示差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 基于微信的医院家庭协作延续护理可有效提高直肠癌肠造口患者自护能力,改善生活质量,减少并发症.

Objective To explore the application effect of WeChat-based hospital-family collaborative continuing nursing in patients with rectal cancer undergoing enterostomy.Methods Eighty patients with rectal cancer undergoing enterostomy were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group was given continuous nursing care based on WeChat Hospital and family cooperation,while the control group was given routine nursing mode.The self-care ability,quality of life and complications of the two groups before and after nursing were compared.Results After nursing,the self-care ability score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the quality of life score of the two groups was significantly improved after nursing,and the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was 7.50%in the observation group and 37.50%in the control group,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion Family collaborative continuing nursing based on Wechat can effectively improve the self-care ability of rectal cancer patients undergoing enterostomy,improve their quality of life and reduce complications.
