精细化管理在神经外科护理管理中的应用

Application of Refined Management in Neurosurgical Nursing Management

目的 探究精细化管理在神经外科护理中的应用效果.方法 选取医院2017年10月—2018年10月所治疗的神经外科病患200例,将所选病患随机分为对照组和研究组各100例,研究组病患采取常规管理基础下的精细化管理,对照组采用常规管理.观察两组病患在不同的护理方法 下的护理疗效.结果 100例研究组患者的业务水平、护理态度、心理干预、健康宣教等护理质量方面均显著优于对照组患者的业务水平、护理态度、心理干预、健康宣教评分;100例研究组患者的护理满意度均显著优于对照组患者(P<0.05).结论 在常规护理基础上增加精细化管理在神经外科护理中可有效保证护理疗效,提高患者对护理的满意度.

Objective To explore the application effect of refined management in neurosurgical nursing.Methods A total of 200 patients with neurosurgery who were treated in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were enrolled.The selected patients were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.The patients in the study group were under routine management.Fine management,the control group used routine management.The nursing efficacy of the two groups of patients under different nursing methods was observed.Results The quality of care,nursing attitude,psychological intervention,health education and other nursing quality of 100 patients in the study group were significantly better than those of the control group,nursing attitude,psychological intervention,health education score;100 patients in the study group Satisfaction was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Adding refined management on the basis of routine nursing can effectively guarantee the curative effect of nursing in neurosurgical nursing and improve the patient's satisfaction with nursing.
