医护联合查房在妇科临床护理中的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Medical-Nursing Joint Ward Round in Gynecological Clinical Nursing

目的 研究医护联合查房在妇科临床护理中的效果,为临床提供指导.方法 选择从2017年12月—2018年12月收治的40例妇科住院患者纳入此次研究工作,按照数字随机分方式将其划分成2组,命名为试验组与对照组,各有20例.对照组接受常规查房,试验组接受医护联合查房,对比两组患者各项护理指标.结果 经比较分析,试验组护士护士满意度评分、患者满意度评分均高于对照组,试验组术前等待天数、平均住院天数均比对照组短,差异具备统计学研究意义(P<0.05).结论 将医护联合查房应用于妇科临床护理工作中的效果显著.

Objective To study the effect of combined medical and nursing ward rounds in gynecological clinical nursing,and to provide guidance for clinical practice.Methods 40 gynecological inpatients admitted from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected and divided into two groups randomly according to the number.They were named experimental group and control group with 20 cases each.The control group received routine ward rounds,while the experimental group received combined medical and nursing ward rounds.The nursing indicators of the two groups were compared.Results Through comparative analysis,the scores of nurses'satisfaction and patients’satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group.The waiting days and average hospitalization days in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of combined medical and nursing rounds in gynecological clinical nursing has a significant effect.
