摘要
为了实现SO2尾气超低排放的目标,某甲醇装置利用配套的锅炉烟气脱硫装置兼顾处理硫回收工序的SO2尾气。从工艺流程、主要设备及技术参数、技改要点和操作要点等方面,阐述了该技改方案,并从环保排放指标、工艺运行指标、设备运行情况、安全运行指标和社会效益5个方面评价了该技改效果,认为处理后硫回收工序的烟囱不再排放任何尾气,锅炉烟囱排放尾气的ρ(SO2)仅为15 mg/m^3,完全满足了超低排放标准的要求,证明该技改方案是可行的,成功的。
To achieve ultra-low emission of SO2 offgas,a methanol plant uses its associated boiler flue gas desulfurization unit to co-treat SO2 offgas from the sulfur recovery unit( SRU). In terms of process flow,key equipment and technical parameters,technical revamp features and operating features,the technical revamp program is outlined. And from 5 areas as environmental emission figures,process operation figures,mechanical operation,safety figures and social benefits,the technical revamp effect is evaluated. It is concluded that after such treatment,no offgas will be emitted from the stack in the SRU,and the ρ( SO2) of offgas emitted from the stack of the boiler stack is as low as 15 mg/m3,which fully satisfies the requirement for ultra-low emission,and demonstrates the feasibility and success of the technical revamp program.
