摘要
在复合肥中加入制造出一系列氮磷钾高养分功能性有机质复合肥,提高了化肥利用率,使产品使用更高效环保。介绍了某公司利用原有复合肥装置开发生产有机质复合肥的工艺流程,技术开发时流程改造和操作参数调节控制要点,并介绍了实际生产中的日常管理要点。该有机质复合肥的技术开发不仅为云峰肥料绿色发展发挥更大作用,还为生产高养分有机质复合肥提供了一条新途径。
Into the compound fertilizer a series of high-nutrient NPK organic mixed fertilizer is added to increase the fertilizer utilization rate,so as to make the use of the product more efficient and environmentally friendly. The process flow for production of organic mixed fertilizer developed by a company on the basis of the existing compound fertilizer plant,the highlights of process flow revamp during the technology development and adjustment of operating parameters,and the routine management considerations during actual operation are presented. The technology development for such organic mixed fertilizer not only contributes to the green development of Yunfen fertilizer,but also offers a new route for production of high-nutrient organic mixed fertilizer.
