摘要
本研究首先对RV减速器主轴承的受力进行了比较全面的分析;然后借助于SKF仿真软件SimPro Expert,对主轴承寿命和RV减速器角刚度进行了计算;最后,以主轴承的寿命和RV减速器角刚度为优化目标,对主轴承的预紧力进行了优化。
In this study,firstly,the load of the main bearing of RV reducer was analyzed comprehensively.Then,with the help of SKF simulation software SimPro Expert,the main bearing life and RV reducer angular stiffness were calculated.Finally,with the life of the main bearing and the RV reducer angular stiffness as the optimization object,the preload of the main bearing was optimized.
