摘要
以精密角接触球轴承为研究对象,介绍了轴承振动产生机理和目前常用的轴承振动异常诊断分析方法,并以B7006C/P4轴承为例,计算了轴承各零部件特征频率,分析了轴承零部件损伤引起轴承振动异常时轴承FFT频谱特点、倒频谱特性和包络谱图的特征。
Taking precision angular contact ball bearing as the research object,this paper introduces the mechanism of bearing vibration and the common diagnosis and analysis methods of bearing vibration abnormality,and taking B7006C/P4 bearing as an example,the characteristic frequencies of various parts of the bearing are calculated,and the spectrum characteristics of the bearing,such as FFT spectrum characteristics,cepstrum characteristics and envelop spectrum characteristics,etc.are analyzed when the abnormal vibration of the bearing is caused by the damage of the bearing parts.
