摘要
对连铸GCr15轴承钢的中心偏析进行了低倍组织、化学成分、光学金相组织的检验分析,结果表明,中心偏析区域的碳、铬含量超出标准要求,并可能伴有缩孔和夹杂物聚集,是GCr15轴承钢技术条件中不可接受的缺陷。
The central segregation of continuous cast GCr15 bearing steel was analyzed by macrostructure,chemical composition and optical metallographic structure.The results showed that the carbon and chromium content in the central segregation area exceeded the standard requirements,and may be accompanied by shrinkage and inclusion aggregation,was an unacceptable defect in the technical conditions of GCr15 bearing steel.
