摘要
X-射线光电子能谱分析(XPS)能检测无机材料表面所存在的化学元素(除氢、氦)及其存在状态,还是一种很有用的半定量分析技术。获得材料表面元素的化学信息,有助于改善材料的催化、电化学等性能。本文通过对磁性材料、非磁性材料的表征与分析,说明XPS技术在无机材料中应用的重要性,为XPS在新能源材料领域的应用打开新的思路。
X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)can detect chemical elements(except hydrogen and helium)existing on the surface of inorganic materials and their existence status.It is also a useful semi-quantitative analysis technology.Obtaining the chemical information of the elements on the surface of the material can help improve the catalytic and electrochemical performance of the material.Through the characterization and analysis of magnetic materials and non-magnetic materials,this paper illustrates the importance of XPS technology in inorganic materials and opens new ideas for the application of XPS in the field of new energy materials.
