摘要
体积电阻率是低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃绝缘料基本的性能指标,与电线电缆使用过程中的绝缘性能密切相关。本文通过测试浸水前后的体积电阻率,系统研究了阻燃剂种类、阻燃剂粒径、偶联剂种类及其添加量等因素对低烟无卤阻燃绝缘料绝缘性能的影响。结果表明,阻燃剂种类、偶联剂种类及用量会对材料的体积电阻率有较大的影响。电导率较低的阻燃剂有利于提高材料的体积电阻率,乙烯基硅烷偶联剂添加量达到阻燃剂的1%时对浸水后材料体积电阻率的保持最好。此外,本文也验证了材料浸水后的体积电阻率与对应成品的绝缘电阻的正相关关系,对低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃绝缘材料配方的设计提供有效的参考依据。
Volume resistivity is important parameter of low smoke halogen free flame retardant(LSHF)insulation materials,which can effectively evaluate the insulating property of wire and cable.In this work,the effects of different flame retardant additives,size of flame retardant additives,kinds of coupling reagents and contents on the volume resistivity of LSHF insulation materials are systematically investigated.The results indicated that flame retardant powder with low electrical conductivity and vinyl silane coupling agent can improve the volume resistivity of LSHF insulation materials.In addition,when the content of vinyl silane coupling agent reach to 1%of flame retardant additives,LSHF insulation materials can keep an effectively volume resistivity.This work also proved the positive correlation between the volume resistivity after immersion and insulation resistance of final products,that could provide effective reference to exploit new formulations of LSHF insulation materials.
