摘要
本文使用复合絮凝体系对KCl/PHPA钻井液废液进行了处理,并考察了钻井液废液处理后回用的可行性。实验结果如下:(1)KCl/PHPA钻井液废液处理后采用与海水混配后再回用的方式进行,不宜直接回用;(2)处理后水回用重新配制钻井液体系的腐蚀速率<0.076mm/a。(3)一次回用时,采用处理后水与海水1︰1的比例进行,重新配制的钻井液体系与模拟钻井液体系的流变性变化率<10%;二次回用时,采用处理后水与海水1︰2的比例进行,重新配制的钻井液体系与模拟钻井液体系的流变性变化率<10%。
The feasibility of recycling KCl/PHPA Drilling Fluids after flocculation system treament is studied in this paper. (1) The recycled water should be mixed with seawater to prepare KCl/PHPA drilling fluids;(2) The corrosion rate of drilling fluids prepared with the mixture of recycled water and seawater<0.076 mm/a;(3) The rheology properties of drilling fluids prepared with the mixed water of the first recycled water and seater by the ratio of 1 1 vary by less than 10 %;and the rheology properties of drilling fluids prepared with the mixed water of the second recycled water and seater by the ratio of 1 2 vary by less than 10 %.
