摘要
荷叶是我国著名的传统中药,具有消暑利湿、健脾升阳、减肥降脂等重要价值。荷叶气味清香,功效口感俱佳,自古以来在药品、食品、保健品等方面均有应用,现在也被列为药食同源的药材之一,具有较高的食用和药用价值。现在医学研究表明,荷叶具有减肥降脂、抗氧化、抑菌、止痉等多种功效,随着近年来肥胖患者的不断增多,健康养生的荷叶类产品也随之受到越来越多的关注。本文针对荷叶中化学成分及其药理药效研究进行综述,以此为其进一步的药效基础研究以及新药开发研究提供参考。
Lotus leaf is a famous traditional Chinese medicine in China, which has the important value of relieving heat and dampness, strengthening spleen, reducing weight and fat. Lotus leaf has a good smell and taste. It has been used in medicine, food, health care products and so on since ancient times. Now it is also listed as one of the medicinal materials with the same source of medicine and food, which has a high edible and medicinal value. Now medical research shows that lotus leaf has many functions such as reducing weight and fat, antioxidation, bacteriostasis, antispasmodic and so on. With the increasing number of obese patients in recent years, lotus leaf products for health and health care have attracted more and more attention. In this paper, the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of lotus leaf were reviewed, which can provide reference for its further basic research and new drug development.
