鹿角中蛋白质类成分研究进展

摘要 鹿角作为经典动物药材,其药用历史已有千年。鹿角中多肽及蛋白质类成分由于其含量高、易获得、低毒性、高药效的特点得到广泛研究。笔者查阅近年来国内、外大量文献的基础上,对鹿角蛋白质类成分的提取制备、生物活性、总结展望等方面进行综述。梳理鹿角中蛋白类活性成分的研究脉络,为鹿角蛋白产品的开发提供理论依据。 Deer antler have been used for thousands of years as a classic animal medicine. Polypeptide and protein components in deer antler have been widely studied due to their high content, easy availability, low toxicity, and high efficacy. Based on the author's access to a large number of domestic and foreign literature in recent years, summarize the extraction and preparation of deer antler protein components, biological activity, summary and prospects, etc. Combing the research context of protein active ingredients in deer antler provides theoretical basis for the development of deer antler protein products.
