摘要
本文主要针对电厂脱硫废水高硬度这一特性,采取了逐级化学软化这一处理工艺,并系统性考察了处理工艺条件对水质中钙离子浓度、镁离子浓度等方面的影响。并最终稳定实现总硬度低于10 mg/L的产水,达到了后续膜处理工艺阶段的水质要求。
The desulfurization wastewater in power plants has the high hardness, a stepwise chemical softening treatment process is adopted, the effects of treatment process conditions on the concentration of calcium and magnesium ions in water are examined systematically. Finally, stable production water with a total hardness of less than 10 mg/L is obtained, meeting the water quality requirements of the subsequent membrane treatment process stage.
