摘要
麻醉学研究生在本科知识学习的基础上要具有更扎实的基础医学、麻醉专业知识、技能操作、临床思维等能力,是从事临床麻醉、急救抢救、疼痛治疗等方面的专门人才。不仅要具备较高水平的理论知识,同时还应有熟练的技术水平,要有较强应变能力和处理紧急突发情况的能力。因此在对研究生的教学过程中,采用PBL联合模拟教学的模式,可以充分调动每个学生的积极性,提高学生独立思考的能力、提高学生的临床思维以及技能操作的能力,使学生的理论和技能水平都得到提高。培养高水平的麻醉人才,提高麻醉手术的安全性,为以后的麻醉事业发展做出贡献,提高是目前麻醉学研究生教学的主要任务。为此,本篇文章浅谈PBL联合模拟教学在麻醉硕士研究生教学中的应用。
Graduate students of anesthesiology should have more solid basic medicine,professional knowledge of anesthesiology,skills operation,clinical thinking and other abilities on the basis of undergraduate knowledge learning.They are professionals engaged in clinical anesthesia,first-aid rescue,pain treatment and other aspects.Not only must have the higher level of theoretical knowledge,but also should have the skilled technical level,must have the strong strain ability and the processing emergency emergency situation ability.Therefore,in the teaching process of graduate students,the model of PBL combined simulation teaching can fully arouse the enthusiasm of each student,improve the ability of independent thinking,improve the ability of clinical thinking and skill operation of students,and improve the theoretical and skill level of students.It is the main task of anesthesiology postgraduate teaching to train high-level anesthesiology talents,improve the safety of anesthesiology operations and make contributions to the development of anesthesiology in the future.Therefore,this paper discusses the application of PBL combined simulation teaching in the teaching of anesthesiology postgraduates.
