不同类型教员在临床药物治疗学授课中的特点与思考

摘要 临床药物治疗学是药学专业学生学习合理用药知识,形成药学服务能力的关键课程。授课团队的配置关系到临床药物治疗学的整体授课质量,其中药理学专业教员、临床医生、临床药师在授课过程中又有不同的特点,因此应该互相借鉴,扬长避短,通过交流合作提高整体授课质量。 Pharmacotherapeutics is a key course for training the pharmacy students to learn the rational use of medicine and improve the ability of providing pharmacy service.The configuration of the teaching team is related to the overall teaching quality of pharmacotherapeutics.There are great difference in the teaching process of pharmacology teachers,clinicians,and clinical pharmacists.Therefore,we should learn from each others,promote strengths and avoid weaknesses.Finally,we should improve the overall teaching quality through communications and cooperation.
