产教结合校企合作对大学生创新创业能力的培养

随着时代的高速发展,产教结合校企合作是培育既符合社会需求,又符合企业需求的具有创新创业能力的高素质复合型人才的有效方法。各类高校为适应国家驱动发展战略,提升大学生的实践能力,培育能适应新形势下的创新型人才,采取了各具特色的产教结合校企合作的方式推动大学生的全面发展。本论文通过了解产教结合校企合作模式,分析大学生在创新创业能力提升的必要性,对产教结合校企合作策略下的大学生创新创业能力的提升提出了相关意见。

With the rapid development of the times,the combination of cooperative education and school-enterprise cooperation is an effective way to cultivate high-quality composite talents with innovative and entrepreneurial ability,which meet both social and enterprise needs.In order to adapt to the national development strategy,improve the practical ability of college students,and cultivate innovative talents that can adapt to the new situation,all kinds of colleges and universities have adopted the various characteristics of the combination of cooperative education and school-enterprise cooperation to promote the all-round development of college students.Through understanding the mode of cooperative education and school-enterprise cooperation,this paper analyzes the necessity of improving college students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability,and puts forward relevant suggestions on improving college students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability.
