广州、珠海、东莞城市污泥DOM的光谱特征研究

Study on the Spectral Characteristics of DOM in Sewage Sludge in Guangzhou, Zhuhai, Dongguan

本文以广东省中广州、珠海、东莞三个城市的污泥为研究对象,运用三维荧光光谱技术,获取城市污泥提取液中溶解性有机物(DOM)的三维荧光光谱,并运用平行因子分析法进行分析。结果表明,城市污泥提取液中DOM由3个荧光组分组成,分别为类色氨酸(C1),类富里酸(C2)和类络氨酸(C3),其中代表类蛋白物质的C1和C3占较高比例。污泥添加氧化钙后,提取液的DOC浓度升高,DOM中C2所占比例升高,C3所占比例降低,并且DOC与C2在P<0.05水平上显著正相关。

In this paper, the sewage sludge(SS)in Guangzhou, Zhuhai, and Dongguan of Guangdong Province is taken as the research object. The three-dimensional fluorescence spectra technology is used to obtain the three-dimensional fluorescence spectra of dissolved organic matter(DOM) in the SS extract, and the parallel factor analysis method is used to analysis. The results showed that three fluorescent components were identified in the SS extracts, including ryptophan(C1), furanoid(C2) and arginine(C3). Proteinoid(C1 and C3) constituted the main components of the DOM. After CaO treatment, the DOC concentration of the extract increased,the proportions of C2 increased, while the proportions of C3 decreased,and DOC was positively correlated with C2 at P<0.05 level.
