摘要
本文探讨了富含纤维素的茭白废弃物(茭白叶)液化工艺。考察了不同浓度催化剂、原料粒径、反应时间、反应温度、溶剂PEG400与甘油的比例、物料比(液固比)等对液化效率的影响,得到了液化效果最佳的反应条件:即80~120目粉碎的茭白叶溶剂为PEG400︰甘油=4︰1,液固比为16︰1,硫酸浓度5%的环境中140℃反应2 h,所得产物测得渣含量为5.0%,液化效率达到95%左右。该研究为茭白废弃物的资源化利用提供理论基础。
This paper discusses the liquefaction technology of water bamboo waste(water bamboo leaves) with high cellulose. By different concentration of catalyst, particle size of raw material, reaction time, reaction temperature, the ratio of PEG400 to glycerin and material ratio(liquid-solid ratio) on the liquefaction efficiency were investigated. The results showed that the optimal conversion conditions were 80~120 purpose water bamboo leaves, solvent ratio of PEG400︰glycerol = 4︰1, liquid-solid ratio is 16︰1, sulfuric acid concentration of 5 %, and the system was maintained at 140 ℃ for 2 hours. Under the optimal conditions, the content of slag is 5.0 %, and the liquefaction efficiency is about 95 %. This study provides a theoretical basis for the resource utilization of water bamboo waste.
