摘要
以天然橡胶(NR)、丁腈橡胶(NBR)、环氧化天然橡胶(ENR)为主体材料,研究了共混比对NR/NBR/ENR共混胶料力学性能及耐油性能的影响。结果表明,共混比对共混胶料的力学性能及耐油性能有一定的影响,当NR/NBR/ENR=70/20/10时,胶料的综合力学性能最好;随着共混胶料中NR用量的减少,共混胶料的耐油性能提高。
The effects of blending ratio on the mechanical properties and oil resistance of NR/NBR/ENR blends were studied with NR, NBR and ENR as main materials. The results show that the blending ratio has some influence on the mechanical properties and oil resistance of the blends. When NR/NBR/ENR=70/20/10, the comprehensive mechanical properties of the blends are the best. With the decrease of NR content in the blends, the oil resistance of the blends is improved.
