石墨烯材料对UV减粘丙烯酸胶的改性 被引量:2

Modification of UV-induced Peelable Adhesive by Graphene Material

摘要 通过将石墨烯材料引入UV减粘丙烯酸胶体系,制备了含有不同质量分数石墨烯材料的UV减粘胶粘涂层。采用粘结强度测试、动态热机械分析仪和撕膜静电电压测试等手段对样品性能进行表征,分析了复合胶粘材料的粘结强度、撕膜静电电压性能及粘弹性。结果表明,石墨烯材料改性UV减粘丙烯酸胶水在保持原有的UV减粘性能外还表现出了较好的静电放电(ESD)保护性能,撕膜静电电压下降效果达到76.2%,经改性的UV减粘涂层的弹性有所下降。 UV-induced peelable acrylate adhesive coated with different mass fraction of graphene material was prepared by adding graphene material into the acrylate system. DMA and ESD were used to analyze the photocatalytic and electrostatic properties. The results show that adhesive modified with graphene material show good ESD protection performacnce, based on maintaining the original UV-induced peelable ability. The decrease rate of dyestripping electrostatic voltage reaches 76.20 %, viscoelasticity property of adhesive modified with graphene material has declined.
