钆塞酸二钠动态增强MRI在肝硬化结节与小肝癌中的诊断分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨钆塞酸二钠动态增强MRI对肝硬化结节与小肝癌影像表现的诊断效果。方法选取佳木斯大学附属第一医院行钆塞酸二钠动态增强MRI的患者55例,以术后或穿刺病理结果为金标准,对比分析肝胆期的诊断价值。结果共有96个肝脏结节病灶,肝硬化结节(包括RN、DN)42个、小肝癌54个,钆塞酸二钠(Gd-EOB-DTPA)动态增强MRI诊断的敏感性、阴性预测值和准确性均明显高于MRI动态增强MRI(P<0.05)。结论钆塞酸二钠(Gd-EOB-DTPA)动态增强MRI明显的提高了诊断肝硬化结节及小肝癌的准确性,具有重要的临床应用价值。 Objective To investigate the diagnostic effect of dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI with gadoxetate disodium in cirrhotic nodules and small hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods 55 patients who underwent dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI with gadoxetate disodium in the First Affiliated Hospital of Jiamusi University were selected. The diagnostic value of hepatobiliary phase was compared and analyzed with the results of postoperative or puncture pathology as the gold standard. Results There were 96 hepatic nodules, including 42 cirrhotic nodules(including RN, DN) and 54 small hepatocellular carcinomas. The sensitivity, negative predictive value and accuracy of dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI with gadoxetate disodium(Gd-EOB-DTPA) were significantly higher than those of dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI(P<0.05). Conclusion Dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI with gadoxetate disodium(Gd-EOB-DTPA) can significantly improve the accuracy of diagnosis of cirrhotic nodules and small liver cancer, which has important clinical value.
