基于离子液体电化学传感器的制备及对多巴胺的检测 被引量:2

摘要 本文将离子液体(IL)1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐滴涂在玻碳电极(GCE)表面进行修饰,制备了离子液体修饰玻碳电极(IL-GCE)。并用循环伏安法对IL-GCE进行了表征,表明IL/GCE具有良好的导电性能。研究了多巴胺在IL/GCE上的电化学行为,采用示差脉冲法获得了DA在0.1~600.0μmol/L范围内的工作曲线,检测限为0.031μmol/L (3σ)。考察了常见干扰物质对DA检测的影响,相对标准偏差小于4.9%。将IL/GCE进一步用于人尿的检测,结果令人满意。 In this paper, an ionic liquid 1-butylpyridinium 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate was cast on the surface of glassy carbon electrode(GCE). The fabricated IL/GCE was characterized by cyclic voltammetry, which exhibited good electrochemical performances with higher conductivity. Electrochemical behavior of dopamine(DA) was further investigated on IL/GCE, the linear relationship between the oxidation peak current of DA and its concentration can be obtained in the range from 0.1 to 600.0 μmol/L with the detection limit as 0.031 μmol/L(3σ) by differential pulse voltammograms. Interference studies were evaluated on the detection of BPA with the relative standard deviation less than 4.7 %. The IL/GCE was further applied to the detection of human urine samples with satisfactory results.
