我国单眼皮发生率为40%。单眼皮与双眼皮各具特色,并且两者不能分出确切的美丑。但人们从美学角度来观察,重睑的眼形态使人们的眼睛更加有灵气,更有活力,并且更有助于情感表达。此外,眼睑整形术已成为中国人眼整形手术中最常见的手术。眼睑整形术有多种术式,主要分为切口,非切口和微创小切口,每种术式有不同特点。因此本文将近年来重睑成形术的各术式及其特点做一综述。

The incidence of single eyelid in China is 40 %. Single eyelid and double eyelid have characteristic each, and both cannot distinguish definite beautiful ugly. But people from the aesthetic point of view to observe, double eyelid eyelid appearance makes people’s eyes more clever, more spiritual, more conducive to emotional expression. Moreover, double eyelid plasty has become the most common operation in ocular plastic surgery in China. There are various surgical methods for double eyelid plasty, including incision, non-incision and minimally invasive small incision. Each surgical method has different characteristics. Therefore, this article reviews the operation methods and characteristics of double eyelid plasty in recent years.
