每年居民用户因安装热水器导致水入燃气管(简称水堵)事件频发,耗费燃气公司抢险队和营业厅较多的人力和物力,同时也影响了居民正常用气,还给居民用户造成了一定的损失。本文针对2017年公司范围内的水堵事件分别从导致原因、采购渠道、安装人员以及电话回访和实地调查等方面进行详细分析和研究,并在热水器燃气管道前加装止回阀进行试验,最后得出解决水堵事件频发的措施和建议。

Every year, the installation of water heaters leads to incidents of water entering into the gas pipe frequently. A lot of manpower and material resources are consumed. The normal use of gas by residents is affected, and also certain losses are caused to residents. This paper makes a detailed analysis and Research on the causes, procurement channels, installation personnel, telephone return visit and field investigation of the water blocking events in 2017, and tests by adding a check valve in front of the gas pipeline of the water heater. Finally, the measures and suggestions to solve the water blocking events are proposed.
