城镇剩余污泥深度脱水技术方案研究综述

A Study on Dehydration Technique of Urban Excess Sludge

随着城镇污水量的不断增加,污水处理厂的剩余污泥量亦随之增大,而实现污泥减量化重要且简单易行的途径包括污泥浓缩、污泥脱水以及污泥消化等。对现有污泥深度脱水技术相关文献进行了深入全面的研究,并着重介绍目前广泛应用的技术方案:污泥调理预处理结合机械脱水主处理的技术方案。

With the increase of urban sewage, the amount of sewage excess sludge increases accordingly. Important but simple ways to achieve sludge reduction include sludge concentration, sludge dehydration, and sludge digestion etc. Comprehensive researches on the existing sludge deep dehydration technology is studied, and the technical solutions widely used at present, the technical scheme of sludge conditioning pretreatment combined with mechanical dehydration main treatment, are introduced emphatically.
