摘要
本文以典型涉电镀工序电子企业为例,按新《建设项目环境风险评价技术导则》(HJ169-2018)要求,针对预测因子的选取及源强确定过程中难点进行分析,发现在预测因子选取应综合考虑Q值及物质的挥发性,选取Q值高且挥发性强的物质。在源强计算公式选取上鉴于《导则》蒸发速率公式针对的是纯态物质,在计算溶液时计算数值明显偏高,因此,建议溶液采用《环境统计手册》蒸发速率公式进行计算确定其源强。
Based on the requirements of the new technical guidelines for environmental risk assessment of construction projects(HJ 169-2018), this paper analyzes the difficulties in the selection of prediction factors and the determination of source intensity, and finds that in the selection of prediction factors, the Q value and the volatility of substances should be considered comprehensively, and the substances with high Q value and strong volatility should be selected. In terms of the selection of the calculation formula of source intensity, considering that the evaporation rate formula in the technical guidelines for environmental risk assessment of construction projects(HJ169-2018) is for pure substances, and the calculation value is significantly higher when calculating the solution, it is suggested that the evaporation rate formula in the environmental statistics manual be used to calculate the source intensity of the solution.
