摘要
通过查阅相关文献并结合装置运行情况,对再生器日常操作中的常见问题进行了分析。再生器内网破损的原因有高氧冲击、金属疲劳、制造缺陷;再生注氯不畅的原因有吹扫氮气不足、蒸汽伴热效果不佳、氯化物冷凝等。此外,对电加热器功率不足、热偶检测盲区等问题进行了分析,并提出了应对方案和预防措施,以确保装置的长期稳定运行。
By referring to related literature and combining with practice, common problems in daily operations of the regenerator are analyzed. Reasons for the damage of Johnson screen include the oxygen levels rising sharply, metal fatigue and manufacturing defects;Causes of chlorine-feeding pipe blocking include insufficient purging nitrogen, poor effect of steam tracing, condensation of chloride, etc. In addition, the problems such as insufficient of electric heater power and blind area of thermocouples are analyzed. Countermeasures and preventive measures are proposed to ensure a long-term stable operation of the unit.
