摘要
主要针对某电厂空预器、引风机发生结垢的原因进行分析,发现造成结垢主要原因为烟气中三氧化硫含量较高及空预器冷端和引风机入口烟温过低,并对此提出对策及建议。此方案对高含硫煤电厂空预器及引风机结垢问题的解决具有参考意义。
Analyze the cause of air preheater, induced fan scaling in a power plant. We found that the reason of scaling is the high concentration of SO3 and the low gas temperature. So we give some useful suggestion. This scheme has reference significance for solving the problem of air preheater and induced draft fan scaling of high sulfur coal power plant.
