摘要
建立了高效液相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱法测定水中敌百虫的方法。对流动相的选择,溶剂效应,样品保存条件等问题做了探索,优化了梯度洗脱程序。在0~200μg/L范围内线性良好,R2>0.999,检出限为0.2μg/L,相对标准偏差为0.005%~0.025%,相对误差为-9.5%^-4.9%,加标回收率为81.4%~102%。
A method was developed for the determination of trichlorfon in water.questions about selections of mobile phase, solvent effects and conditions of holding samples were explored. The gradient elution program was optimized. Linearity range of 0~200 μg/L was good, and the linear correlation>0.999. The detection limit was 0.2 μg/L, the relative standard deviations were 0.005 %~0.025 %, the relative errors were-9.5 %^-4.9 %, the recoveries were 81.4 %~102 %.
