摘要
酿酒产业的发展和产业升级面临各种挑战,解决这些问题的关键在于人才培养。针对亳州学院酿酒工程专业人才培养,从顾客价值导向出发,进行酿酒工程专业人才发现问题能力、解决问题能力和创新能力培养模式探索,旨在为酿酒工程专业人才培养提供新的思路和方法。
The development and upgrading of brewing industry are faced with various challenges. The key to solve these problems lies in personnel training. In view of the cultivation of brewing engineering talents in Bozhou University, starting from the guidance of customer value, this paper explores the cultivation mode of the ability to find problems, solve problems and innovate in order to provide new ideas and methods for the cultivation of brewing engineering talents.
