摘要
采用十六烷基三甲基溴化氨(CTAB)对膨润土进行改性,制备改性环氧树脂粘钢胶,考察了改性膨润土对环氧树脂粘钢胶的拉伸性能和剪切性能的影想。结果表明,与商业改性膨润土相比,CTAB改性膨润土制备的环氧树脂粘钢胶具有更加优异的拉伸性能,但CTAB改性膨润土制备的环氧树脂粘钢胶剪切性能有所下降。
Bentonite was modified by cetyltrimethylammonide bromide(CTAB) to prepare epoxy resin adhesive. The effects of modified bentonite on the tensile and shear properties of epoxy resin adhesive were investigated. The results showed that CTAB modified bentonite had better tensile properties than commercial modified bentonite, but the shear properties of CTAB modified bentonite were decreased.
