摘要
本文研究以硅酸钠、二氧化硅、二氧化钛等耐腐蚀性好的氧化物为材料,按一定的比例混合调匀后涂于需要的底材上,然后在一定温度下烘烤后,对制得的涂层进行附着力、耐腐蚀、耐高温等性能检测,通过设计正交试验对涂料配方的重要组分进行探索调整,找到合适的工艺条件,制备出一种致密、均匀、耐高温、耐腐蚀较好的涂料。
This paper taking with sodium silicate, silica, titanium oxide as good as heat-resistant material, according to a certain proportion of flour mixture besmear after the substrate which is needed, then bake in a certain temperature, at last, we detect the performance of the coating adhesion, heat resistance, corrosion resistance. Through the orthogonal experiment, we find a suitable technique to prepare a kind of dense, uniform, high temperature and corrosion resistant coating.
