良好实验室规范(GLP)广泛应用于化学品非临床安全性评价,该实验室建设促进高质量测试数据的发展,实验室取得GLP认证,即意味着在指定研究领域可以出具被同行业数据互认接收的报告,并在很大程度上获得各个地区的认可,实现"全国行业通用",但是中国存在发展较为缓慢的问题。本文综述了世界各国和中国良好实验室规范(GLP)实验室建设发展现状和前景。目的是对依据我国法律,对化学品环境资源化提供可靠的技术服务,以期能为我国化学品安全性评价试验生产与应用提供有价值的参考。

Good laboratory practice(GLP) is widely used in the non clinical safety evaluation of chemicals. The construction of the laboratory promotes the development of high-quality test data. This paper reviews the current situation and Prospect of GLP laboratory construction in the world and in China. The purpose of this paper is to provide reliable technical services for the environmental resourcing of chemicals according to the laws of our country, so as to provide valuable reference for the production and application of chemical safety assessment test in our country.
