摘要 采用等离子体气化熔融处置危险废物时,废物成分复杂,形态多样,需进行预处理。在气化熔融炉,无机物熔融排出形成玻璃体,有机物气化并在二燃室充分焚毁。产生的高温烟气中经余热锅炉换热后,经烟气净化处理系统,去除烟气中污染物,实现达标排放。该技术为危险废物的处置提供了一种极具发展前景的解决方案。 When the hazardous waste is treated by plasma gasification and melting, so it needs to be pretreated for the reason that its composition is complex and its form is diverse. In the gasification and melting furnace, and the inorganic matters are discharged to form the glass body, and the organic matters are gasified and fully burned in the second combustion chamber. The generated high temperature flue gas is treated by the waste heat boiler and the flue gas purification system to remove the hea and the pollutants in the flue gas and realize the discharge up to the standard. It provides a promising solution for the treatment of hazardous waste.
