卫浴洁具生产工艺喷纤废气净化工程实例

摘要 针对喷纤废气的特点,本工程采用"干式过滤器+分子筛吸附脱附+催化燃烧"组合工艺对其进行净化处理。废气处理系统进气苯乙烯和非甲烷总烃进气浓度分别约为939.3~1506.6 mg/m^3和2080.0~3338.2 mg/m^3,处理系统出气苯乙烯和非甲烷总烃浓度分别为7.4~16.3 mg/m^3和27.9~44.6 mg/m^3。苯乙烯和非甲烷总烃平均去除效率分别为99.0%和98.7%。满足《大气污染物综合排放标准》(GB16297-1996)和《合成树脂工业污染物排放标准》(GB31572-2015)中的排放限值要求。工程运行结果表明"干式过滤器+分子筛吸附脱附+催化燃烧"组合工艺对喷纤废气具有良好的净化效果,且系统运行时较经济节能。 In view of the characteristics of spray fiber exhaust in household product manufacturer, the combined process of "dry filter + zeolite adsorption desorption + catalytic oxidation" was adopted to purify it. After treated by this process, the total intake concentration of styrene and non-methane hydrocarbon(NMHC) in the exhaust were about 939.3~1506.6 mg/m^3 and 2080.0~3338.2 mg/m^3, respectively. After treated, the concentration of styrene and NMHC were 7.4~16.3 mg/m3 and 27.9~44.6 mg/m^3, respectively. The removal rate of those indexes were 99.0 % and 98.7 %, respectively. All of the indexes meet the standard value of malodorous pollutants emission(GB 14554-1993) and the emission standard of pollutants for synthetic resin industry(GB 31572-2015). The results showed that the combined process of "tdry filter + zeolite adsorption desorption + catalytic oxidation" has a good purification effect on the exhaust of spray fiber, and the system is more economical and energy saving.
