摘要
本文结合实际生产情况,阐明了碳酸钴生产过程中引进水平真空带式过滤机的优越性,主要介绍了水平真空带式过滤机的工作原理与其性能特点。结合碳酸钴生产过程中的主要问题,分析了生产碳酸钴的工艺流程。在采用水平真空带式过滤机后,可以有效地解决能耗过高、劳动强度大、工序繁琐等问题。经实际应用,取得了很好的经济效益和社会效益。
Based on the actual production situation, this paper expounds the advantages of introducing the horizontal vacuum belt filter in the production process of cobalt carbonate, mainly introduces the working principle and performance characteristics of the horizontal vacuum belt filter. Combined with the main problems in the production process of cobalt carbonate, it analyzes the technological process of producing cobalt carbonate. After adopting the horizontal vacuum belt filter, it can effectively solve the problems of high energy consumption, high labor intensity and complicated working procedure. Through practical application, good economic and social benefits have been achieved.
